clove garlic
- 1
beef bullion cube
- Onion

Place the meat in slow cooker along with the garlic, bullion cube
and water. Turn the cooker to high (on Carol's cook this is about
300 degrees), cover and let cook for 6 hours. Check the meat periodically
to add more water if necessary. Usually this won't be necessary as
the cover will prevent evaporation and the meat will make additional
juices besides.
Approximately one hour before the meat is done, add any vegetable
you wish.
