1 packet of any of the following cuts:
T-Bone steaks, Sirloins, Round steaks, Seven steaks, Club steaks
and Chuck steaks
- Olive oil

Once your meat is thawed, rub it down with a little olive oil and
let it sit in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Heat a skillet - preferably cast iron - and dribble some olive oil
on to it. Drop the meat onto the pan, adjusting the heat to cook the
meat to the desired doneness. If you like your meat rare, it will
only take a one to two minutes on each side. Well done usually takes
three to five minutes on each side. Let meat rest 3 minutes. Serve
immediately - while it is still sizzling - with a cold salad. |
