If you are ready to place the refundable $400 deposit to hold your place in line, you are more than welcome to do so by clicking below (but no pressure if you’d like to talk first!).
All deposits are 100% refundable up until we have cut up your half or whole animal, so don’t worry about getting locked into an obligation. This step just guarantees your place in line!

This $400 deposit holds your place in line for a half or whole cow and is deducted from your final total. This deposit is entirely refundable if anything changes before you receive your order.
Average turnaround times are between 2-3 weeks, but you can always place a deposit for a specific date down the road. The waitlist can get longer at our busy times of the year.

Current Pricing:
Half Cow - $10.05/lb hanging weight
(An average sized half cow at 200 lbs would be $2010 total)
Whole Cow - $9.40/lb hanging weight
(An average sized whole cow at 400 lbs would be $3760 total)

Customers who have previously bought a half/whole cow from us are eligible for a returning customer discount.
As always, we do not charge sales tax and there are no hidden/additional fees.
